Counselling for Adults

Whether you're dealing with anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship issues, or past experiences that still affect you, you don’t have to face it alone.

Counselling for children and young people
Being a parent can feel overwhelming—especially when you're trying to understand your child’s behaviour, manage your own emotions, and still hold everything together. My parent consultations offer a space where you can explore your experience of parenting without judgement.
Together we work to strengthen your connection with your child by understanding their emotional world. We also unpack feelings of guilt, shame, or self-doubt that you may carry around your parenting, helping you see that you're not alone in feeling this way. Often, the way we parent is shaped by our own childhood and past experiences, and together we explore how those patterns may be influencing your current approach.
Through this process, you’ll find greater clarity and confidence in your role as a parent—feeling more grounded, more empowered, and more connected to both your child and yourself.
Family Counselling




Every child is unique, and so is the way they express themselves. My sessions are always tailored to meet each child or young person where they’re at—whether that means talking things through, using creative expression, or exploring through play.
I use a range of therapeutic techniques to help them feel safe, seen, and heard. Some sessions may be conversation-based, while others may involve drawing, roleplay, games, or other playful approaches—depending on what they’re most comfortable with.
The heart of my work is building trust. Many young people just need someone who will truly listen without judgement. This is a space where they can explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace, with full support.
